Liel has been distinguished as “one of the greatest advocates for peace in her generation.” Liel received a firestorm of publicity following her performance of “Imagine” with President Bill Clinton and a choir of 80 Arab and Jewish children.



Her amazing voice and extraordinary stage presence captivate fans of all the religions around the globe. She has raised millions of dollars for peace efforts and has been named official ambassador for peace organizations in the United States and in the United Kingdom. Liel’s heritage is Israeli and Indian and she herself grew up in one of the most war-torn parts of the world. Her childhood has shaped her morality.  It has also instilled a burning desire to spread the “message of peace” through her music. Liel received Germany’s prestigious Radio Award for “an artist who promotes peace and charitable works.”

Given the current situation in the world, the youth are hungry for positive role models. Liel is an exemplary example of a teenager who takes responsibility and is trying to make a difference. She sends a message of tolerance and peace. Having risen from a humble background to where she is today - Liel brings hope to the young generation who wish for peace and freedom.
